Returns
For our neon signs, we can accept a return within 30 days of receipt if the product is unused and is in the same condition and packaging as when it was first received. When the return is caused by personal reasons/customer remorse(e.g. I don’t like the item anymore, I don’t need it anymore, etc), customers will be in charge of the actual shipping fee for the return. Please contact us via email at sa***@ne***********.com, after the return is accepted, we will send you the instruction of returning(including the return address).
In the very unlikely case of your piece arriving broken or faulty, you have 7 days from the day of tracked delivery to let us know via email at sa***@ne***********.com, there will be no fee for returning a defective product, and we will deliver a replacement free of charge. No restocking fee will be charged.
We offer a 12-month guarantee on all pieces, so if your piece breaks or stops working in any way during this period just let us know and we will replace it free of charge! 🙂

Cancellation
After your order has been placed, you have 24 hours to contact sa***@ne***********.com and request order modifications or a cancellation.
After 24 hours, we will charge a 30% handling fee if you require to cancel the order/item. Therefore, we will refund you a 70% refund of the order.
